What 𑁝 means
𑁝 is the Brahmi numeral sign for thirty. The earliest surviving Brahmi numeral records appear in inscriptions from the reign of Aśoka, an Indian emperor, in the mid-third century BCE.
The system assigned each tens value its own sign. In the late Brahmi period, this additive system stood alongside decimal place-value digits, in which a digit’s position determines its value. Other Brahmi numerals developed through Gupta and Nāgarī scripts, later Indian writing systems, toward the Hindu-Arabic numeral tradition.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𑁝 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
