What 𐋏 means
It wrote ancient Carian.
Carian was spoken in southwestern Anatolia, in what is now Turkey. Its earliest surviving texts, mostly private, date to the late seventh or sixth century BCE. Later inscriptions appear on tombs, decrees and coins; many survive from Egypt. Carian inscriptions usually run left to right; Egyptian examples often right to left. Some communities adopted Greek for official writing; the record ends in the Hellenistic era after Alexander's conquests.
