What 𞀊 means
It adds a raised letter to a medieval abbreviation.
The Glagolitic alphabet was created in the ninth century to write Church Slavonic, a medieval Slavic language used in Christian worship. Scribes used combining letters as abbreviations for common words and sacred names.
A Psalter (book of psalms) from St. Catherine’s Monastery on Mount Sinai records this form in the 11th century. Glagolitic later survived mainly in Croatian church writing; since the early 1990s, the script has also symbolized Croatian heritage.
