What 𐠊 means
It represents the syllable “ka” within a written word.
The earliest readable inscription in the script dates to the 11th century BCE; its first purpose remains unclear. In the first millennium BCE, it recorded Greek and some Eteocypriot on agreements, dedications, pottery, tombs, and coins. It is related to Cypro-Minoan and Linear B, two other ancient systems with syllable signs. Bilingual inscriptions show it coexisted with alphabetic Greek before the Greek alphabet displaced it.
A historical writing sign; its display depends on font support.
Greek κ is a different letter; this sign represents a whole syllable.

1Why does 𐠊 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
