What 𐠗 means
It marks the whole syllable “mo,” not one Greek alphabet letter. That means consonant m plus vowel o.
Related to Linear B, an older Greek syllabary, Cypriot may descend from Cypro-Minoan, an undeciphered syllabary. A bronze-pin inscription from a Skales tomb is sometimes claimed as the oldest Cypriot syllabary inscription, around the 11th century BCE; most examples are later.
Used about 800–200 BCE, the script recorded Cypriot Greek and Eteocypriot, a poorly understood local language. Alphabetic Greek displaced it by the Hellenistic period. Cypriot writing direction varied: most texts ran right to left; Paphian usually ran left to right.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐠗 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Cypriot Syllabary block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
