What ꙅ means
A historical Cyrillic letterform, especially in early South Slavonic sources.
Early South Slavonic manuscripts and inscriptions use ꙅ particularly as a numeral. Historical records place it alongside ordinary ѕ, so it is a distinct sign, not a decorative flip or a substitute for that letter.
Historical and specialist, including scholarly transcription and liturgical publishing.
Keep ꙅ distinct from ordinary ѕ when transcribing a source.

1Why does ꙅ show as a box on some devices?
