What 𐌲 means
It marks the voiced g in “go.”
In Gothic spelling, doubled gg represents a nasal sound followed by g, like the middle of “finger.”
Wulfila, a Gothic bishop, devised the Gothic alphabet in the fourth century to write a Bible translation. Surviving Gothic texts date to the fifth and early sixth centuries; the Codex Argenteus is a Gospel manuscript copied in Italy in the early sixth century. A ninth-century alphabet list records geuua, usually understood as a spelling of Gothic giba (“gift”).
