What 𐣪 means
It is a Hatran consonant letter, not a word by itself.
Transliteration uses k; pronunciation descriptions also give a rough, throaty kh. Neighboring letters determine the word’s reading.
Where did Hatran writing come from?
Hatran grew from Aramaic script traditions. Its earliest dated inscriptions are from 98–97 BCE; texts continue until circa 241 CE, when Hatra was destroyed.
At Hatra, religious and commercial inscriptions include graffiti, dedications, legal and funerary texts. One Greek–Hatran dedication addressed Aramaic readers. The script reads right to left; letters may touch, and modern editors add spaces. Palmyrene and Nabataean were other regional Aramaic scripts.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐣪 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
