What 𐧅 means
It stood for six. The earliest dated Meroitic cursive text is c. 200 BCE; the latest is 410–20 CE. These dates belong to the script, not this numeral alone.
Meroitic cursive was used for records. It drew partly on Demotic, a handwritten Egyptian script; the Meroitic six closely matches a Ptolemaic Demotic form (332–186 BCE). Hieroglyphic Meroitic was formal; numbers appear only in cursive.
By the sixth century CE, Coptic writing had adopted three Meroitic cursive signs to represent Nubian.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𐧅 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Meroitic Cursive block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
