What 𐏐 means
No; it is punctuation, not an Old Persian word. Old Persian cuneiform was a simplified script devised for Achaemenid royal inscriptions in the sixth century BCE, not everyday writing. At Bisotun around 520 BCE, Darius I's monument set its Old Persian text beside versions in Elamite and Babylonian. Its final paragraph has Darius claim he made the script and sent it through his lands to be learned.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐏐 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
