What 𐽎 means
It cannot be read as a letter by itself. Sogdian combining signs distinguish or transcribe readings; interpret this one with its base and the text tradition.
Sogdian writing served religious and secular texts and developed from Aramaic-derived traditions. Material from the third to sixth centuries CE includes the Kultobe inscriptions and the Ancient Letters, a group of letters. Sogdian writing also appears in Upper Indus inscriptions and on coins and vessels. The later Sogdian script was used from the seventh to fourteenth centuries CE and became a source for Old Uyghur and Mongolian writing.
Specialist and archival; reserve it for Sogdian text.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐽎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
