What 𞹹 means
A fixed letter-style symbol in Arabic mathematical notation.
Arabic- and Persian-script maths uses letters as symbols. Their styles can distinguish meanings within one work, so 𞹹 is a notation form, not stretched spelling.
These forms appear in manuscripts and traditional print and have been used for centuries. A 2005 Unicode proposal lists stretched ḍād; a 2006 proposal describes six styles, cites the 1987 Amman convention, and says Moroccan handbooks used Arabic math before French notation.
