What ⒍ means
It marks the sixth place in a list or outline. The full stop belongs to the marker, so it sits before the item text rather than ending the preceding sentence.
The wider family of enclosed letters and numbers served compact lists and bullets. A 1999 Japanese standards proposal also linked larger enclosed-number sets to laws and regulations prepared for computer processing.
Use ⒍ as a list marker
It works at the start of an outline step or a short label. In longer text, the ordinary 6. lets you edit the number and following punctuation separately.
