What 𐔁 means
It writes the Albanian b sound in the Elbasan alphabet.
The alphabet was devised around 1750 as the earliest alphabet for Albanian. Its only known manuscript, Anonimi i Elbasanit (“The Anonymous of Elbasan”), contains Christian writing in Albanian.
Most of its letters appear to be new designs, though some shapes may reflect Greek or Cyrillic influence.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐔁 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
