What 𐔌 means
It is Elbasan’s letter corresponding to Albanian h.
The alphabet was devised around 1750 for the Gospel, the earliest known Albanian text written in an original alphabet.
A historical letter, not a modern standard
The 1761 manuscript contains Albanian New Testament translations. At the 1908 Monastir Congress, Albanian delegates adopted a Latin-based alphabet adapted to Albanian sounds. Most Elbasan shapes seem newly created, though some may reflect Greek and Cyrillic influence.
Historical Albanian orthography.
Alone, read it as a letter or script reference; a blank box is a font issue.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐔌 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
