What 𐆊 means
A zero sign for Greek astronomical calculations in base 60.
Base 60 means each place is 60 times the one before; the system is also called sexagesimal notation.
Ancient documents written on papyrus often show a small circle with a stroke above it, though scribes varied the form. A proposed origin favors a Babylonian separator used in base-60 numbers over the Greek word οὐδέν (“nothing”). Later Arabic astronomical manuscripts use a zero form based on the Greek papyrus sign.
A specialist sign for historical Greek astronomy.
Use it in historical base-60 notation, not ordinary numbers.

1Why does 𐆊 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
