What 𐘏 means
A scholarly label, not a known reading. Unicode’s list calls AB021 “sheep” and links it to the Linear B sign conventionally labelled qi. AB021F and AB021M are separate signs labelled “ewe” and “ram”; 𐘏 is the unmarked sheep sign.
Linear A first appears on Crete in Middle Minoan IIA. The high chronology, a scholarly dating scheme, places it by the end of the nineteenth century BCE. It developed alongside Cretan Hieroglyphic, a separate script, and later supplied many sign shapes to Linear B. The scripts are historically related, but not a simple parent-to-child line. Most surviving writing is administrative; examples also appear on religious and practical objects.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐘏 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Linear A block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
