What 𐘑 means
“Ram” is a scholarly gloss. It gives no Minoan name or pronunciation. Records appear on clay tablets, small disks and seal impressions; stone, metal and painted objects had ritual or practical uses. An earlier Cretan script called Archanes appears on a seal dated about 2000–1900 BCE; its signs also appear in later Cretan Hieroglyphic and Linear A, pointing to a connected Cretan writing tradition.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐘑 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Linear A block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
