What does 𐧪 mean?
It is the Meroitic numeral for 70,000.
Meroitic numerals use signs for 1–9 and rank signs for tens, hundreds, thousands, and ten-thousands. From 100 upward, a multiplier from 1 to 9 combines with the sign for its rank; here the multiplier is seven and the rank is ten-thousands.
Meroitic cursive was the general-use handwritten script for the Meroitic language of Kush, an ancient Nile Valley kingdom south of Egypt in present-day Sudan. Its forms drew partly on Egyptian Demotic, a cursive form of Egyptian writing; Meroitic hieroglyphs were used on temples and royal monuments. The earliest dated cursive text is from around 200 BCE and mentions Kushite ruler Arnekhamani; that date anchors the written tradition, not this numeral’s first appearance.
Historical and specialist; without context about Meroitic writing, its numeric value may not be recognized.
Do not assume a recipient will recognize it as 70,000.
