What 𐢇 means
It is a letter used to write Nabataean words.
The Nabataean he belongs to a script descended from Imperial Aramaic, an older way to write the Aramaic language. Nabataean texts are attested from the 2nd century BCE; surviving inscriptions include tomb texts, dedications and legal documents.
By the 5th century CE, written Aramaic in Nabataeo-Arabic texts was largely formulaic, while the script was increasingly used to write Arabic. Its cursive forms developed into the Arabic script.
Use it in Nabataean text, a historical display or script discussion; it will look out of place in ordinary modern prose.
If the Nabataean glyph appears as a box, your font cannot draw it; the text still contains 𐢇.

1Why does 𐢇 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
