What 𞴬 means
It stands for 80,000 in Ottoman siyaq numerals.
They abbreviated Arabic words for numbers. Ottoman tax and finance clerks used the compact signs to write accounts quickly and make totals harder for untrained readers to decipher.
When does Ottoman siyakat appear?
Ottoman records show siyakat by the 15th century.
The earliest surviving siyaq accounts are from Baghdad's Abbasid government in 918–919. Ottoman siyakat followed fiscal practices passed through Seljuk and Ilkhanid administrations. The 1928 switch to the Latin alphabet ended official use in Turkey.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𞴬 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
