What 𑇬 means
It is the Sinhala Illakkam sign for thirty.
Sinhala Illakkam is an older Sinhala numeral set with standalone signs for 10, 20, 30 and other tens. Its wider tradition is traced to Brahmi-related numerals recorded in Sri Lankan rock inscriptions dated AD 200–400; Brahmi was an ancient South Asian script.
These numerals served practical records and royal-court numbering. Common use ended after 1815.
Is this the Sinhala horoscope numeral?
No. Lith Illakkam was a separate set.
Sinhala Illakkam and Lith Illakkam are distinct sets; Lith Illakkam remained associated with horoscope charts into the early 20th century. Letter-based page numbering and Katapayadiya were other Sinhala methods of representing numbers.
