What 🆩 means
For web pages, use its HTML entity or CSS escape. HTML uses 🆩; CSS uses \1F1A9. If it appears as a blank box, the font may lack this glyph.
What does 🆩 mean?
It labels lossless video in a Japanese electronic program guide.
The label came from work on Japan's ARIB STD-B62 standard for second-generation digital broadcasting in 2014. In a 2015 proposal, it joined a 19-symbol set for electronic program guides (EPGs), or on-screen broadcast listings. Earlier ARIB television symbols served as the model. The set also labels picture formats such as HDR, Hi-Res, and UHD, plus video-on-demand (VOD).

In ordinary chat, spell out “lossless video” if the TV-guide context is unclear.

1Is 🆩 an emoji?
No. It is a text symbol drawn by a font, not vendor emoji artwork. Different fonts can draw it differently or leave it blank.
