What ⨇ means
The familiar logical AND sign, , joins statements: the combination is true only if both statements are true. That operation is called conjunction. ⨇ doubles the wedge shape, with two peaks and crossing strokes.
Read ⨇ as a specialized combining or merging operator. Its name describes the doubled AND design; it does not give this character the ordinary AND truth rule automatically. In technical writing, the author's definition specifies exactly what is combined and how.

Questions people ask
1Why does ⨇ show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Supplemental Mathematical Operators block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
