What ⍦ means
A regular set records whether a value appears; a multiset also counts its copies. In NARS2000, the APL multiset operator ⍦ applies those counts to selected primitive functions.
In NARS2000 notation, ⍦ follows the function glyph: L∪⍦R applies multiset union to input arrays L and R.
