What 🤂 means
It marks the Vigil rank in a church's service book.
Isidore Dolnitsky, a Ukrainian Greek Catholic priest and liturgical scholar, included this exact mark in his Typicon, published in Lwów in 1899. A Typicon is a church book that sets out services; his served Byzantine Catholic communities, predominantly in Ukraine. The wider system of Typicon service-rank marks is first attested in the 11th century Greek Regulations of Nikon of the Black Mountain; that does not show this exact mark existed then.
