What 𐋨 means
No: 𐋨 is a separate numeral sign.
Ordinary Coptic numerals used letters marked with a line; epact signs are separate forms derived from cursive Coptic letters. “Epact” comes from Greek ἐπακτός, “imported.” Coptic writers in Egypt developed the signs for administration in the 10th century. A calendar manuscript from Saint Catherine’s Monastery in Sinai, dated to the late 10th or early 11th century, uses them to number its pages. In Arabic they are called ḥurūf al-zimām (“register letters”); medieval Jewish records set them beside Hebrew letter-numerals. Values add, largest first.
