What 빯 means
A syllable, not a word. Its parts are ㅃ (initial consonant), ㅏ (vowel), and ㅀ (final consonant cluster).
King Sejong created Hangul in 1443 so people could write Korean more easily than with Chinese characters. The 1446 Hunminjeongeum Haeryebon, an explanatory book, described its design. Unicode 2.0's Johab set includes modern syllable combinations, even ones unattested as Korean words; 빯 is one.
Unicode 18.0 lets font rendering vary the parts' shape and placement; the encoded syllable stays the same.
