뼃 is one Hangul syllable; by itself, it does not identify a particular Korean word. A Korean 2-set IME joins its three letter inputs into one block.

What 뼃 means

It contributes a syllable; the surrounding word supplies its role. The block combines ㅃ as its first consonant, ㅔ as its vowel, and ㅊ as its final consonant.

Hangul was devised in 1443 and introduced in 1446 so Korean could be written directly, while Classical Chinese dominated formal writing. Earlier, Silla-period kugyol marks helped readers annotate Chinese texts for Korean reading. Whether the Phags-pa writing system influenced Hangul remains debated. Hangul gained national-language status in 1894, stayed in use during Japanese colonial rule, and was restored as a cultural foundation in 1945.
