What 쁯 means
Use a Korean IME.
On the standard two-set Korean keyboard (2-beolsik), press ShiftQ, then M, then C. The input method reads those keys as ㅃ ㅡ ㅊ and composes 쁯.
What does 쁯 mean?
It is a Hangul syllable block used in Korean spelling.
It joins ㅃ, ㅡ, and ㅊ in that order. Within a Korean word, the word supplies the block’s pronunciation and meaning; alone, it does not identify a familiar word.
Hangul took recognizable form around 1443–44 and was promulgated in 1446 through 훈민정음, a guide to a Korean writing system meant to make Korean speech easier to write than with Chinese characters alone. It shows how letters combine into syllable blocks. Women and Buddhists used Hangul early; Confucian elites often looked down on it, though it later became Korea’s standard public script. South Korea calls it Hangul or Hangeul; North Korea uses 조선글 (“Korean letters”). A 2009 study compared its consonant design with Chinese sound theory and Phags-pa, an earlier Mongol script; this suggests possible system-level influence, not the origin of 쁯.
What does 쁯 mean when sent alone?
Treat it as Korean text, not a tone cue.
Alone, it may be an unfinished word or accidental input. Ask what Korean word it belongs to before reading anger, approval, or another emotion into it.

1Why does 쁯 show as a box?
Missing font support. A fallback box means the receiving app cannot draw this character; the display failure does not give it another reading.
