What 뽴 means
Enter ㅃ, ㅗ, ㅏ, then ㅋ in a Korean input method.
The input method joins ㅗ and ㅏ into ㅘ, then combines that vowel with initial ㅃ and final ㅋ. Hangul groups letters by syllable, so several letters form this one character.
Hangul was developed in the 1440s under King Sejong so Korean could be written with an alphabet designed for its sounds. The 1446 book Hunminjeongeum explained the new letters and how they combine.
What does 뽴 mean alone?
By itself, it gives too little context to infer the sender's intent.
뽴 is one Korean syllable block. A surrounding word or sentence supplies the context needed to interpret why it was sent.
On a device whose active font lacks this glyph, it may appear as a blank box; that is a display issue, not a different character.
Neutral as typed text; the surrounding Korean words set the message's tone.
A lone syllable does not tell you the sender's intent.
