What 빐 means
It is a syllable block, not a complete message.
Hangul is the writing system for Korean. Unicode’s bils label names the sequence: initial ㅂ, vowel ㅣ and final ㄽ. Neighboring syllables give it a role in a Korean word. Fonts may draw its strokes differently without changing the character.
Hangul’s first recorded notice dates to 1443; the 1446 guide Hunminjeongeum explained its letters for writing Korean speech. A debated proposal links its block layout to Phags-pa, a script used for Mongolian; this concerns Hangul’s design, not a separate origin for 빐.
