What 쵤 means
Its word or name comes from context.
Hangul syllables group letters, called jamo, into compact blocks. In 쵤, ㅊ starts, ㅚ is the vowel, and ㄹ ends it. Fonts can change the strokes, not the letter sequence.
Korean differs from Chinese, but writers used Chinese characters to write it. Korean king Sejong introduced Hangul in 1443 under its original name, Hunminjeongeum; a book explaining the script appeared under that name in 1446. Those are dates in Hangul's history, not this syllable's origin.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
Codes and encoding1 code points
