What 뎯 means
A lone 뎯 gives you a syllable, not the word around it.
The Unicode label DYED joins the component names D, YE and D; it is not the English word “dyed.” The Hangul letters are ㄷ, ㅖ and ㄷ: an initial consonant, a vowel and a final consonant.
Hangul itself was designed in 1443 and explained in Hunminjeongeum, a guide to the script published in 1446. Its sound-based letters gave Korean a more accessible writing method than older approaches such as Idu, Gugyeol and Hyangchal, which adapted Chinese characters to write Korean. Hangul later served religious and everyday writing before becoming Korea’s official national writing system in 1894.
Is 뎯 an emoji? No: it is font-drawn Hangul text.
