What 둌 means
It is a syllable unit, not a word. A jamo is a Korean consonant or vowel letter; Hangul groups jamo into blocks, and blocks join to spell words.
King Sejong completed Hangul’s development in 1443. In 1446, the Hunminjeongeum manuscript introduced the new letters and aimed to make reading and writing easier to learn.
Why can 둌 look different across fonts?
Fonts draw the same encoded syllable in their own styles. Differences in its appearance do not change the character.
Unicode can represent 둌 as one syllable block or as an equivalent sequence of jamo. Normalization—choosing a consistent text representation—can switch between these forms without changing the intended syllable. The jamo in 둌 are ᄃ, ᅭ and ᆿ.

Questions people ask
1Why does 둌 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
