What 꾏 means
꾏 is one syllable block assembled from three Korean letter pieces.
A jamo is an individual Hangul consonant or vowel letter. In 꾏, ㄲ is the initial consonant, ㅚ the vowel, and ㅀ the final consonant cluster; that last part sits in batchim, the bottom position of the block. The shape shows how the syllable is assembled, not a complete message.
Hangul was designed in Joseon as a learnable way to write Korean speech more directly than Chinese-character writing. The Hunminjeongeum, a guide explaining the new script, recorded its principles. Hangul appeared in translated, instructional, religious, agricultural, and literary works. For centuries, it shared Korean texts with Hanja, the Chinese characters used in Korean writing; Hangul later became the main script for writing Korean.
How do I type 꾏 on a Korean keyboard?
Use a Korean IME and enter the initial, vowel, then final cluster.
On the Dubeolsik two-set keyboard, press ShiftR, H, L, F, G in that order. A Korean input method editor (IME) maps these keys to ㄲ, ㅚ, ㅀ and combines them into 꾏. On mobile, switch to Korean input and enter the same parts in that order.
It looks like Korean writing, but alone it gives little clue to a sender's tone.
If it arrives alone, treat it as an unexplained text fragment until context clarifies it.

Questions people ask
1Why does 꾏 split into jamo?
Unicode normalization can represent it in two equivalent forms: NFC keeps 꾏 as one precomposed block, while NFD represents it as ㄲ ㅚ ㅀ. A Hangul-aware renderer can shape the decomposed sequence as the same syllable block.
