What 꼃 means
It gives you a syllable, not the sender's intended word or tone.
Hangul builds syllable blocks from jamo, its consonant and vowel letters. In 꼃, ㄲ begins the block, ㅕ is the vowel, and ㅀ closes it.
The new Hangul script is recorded in 1443, and its explanatory book, Hunminjeongeum, followed in 1446. Hangul gave Korean readers a system designed for Korean sounds; Chinese characters and older borrowed writing methods were difficult for many people to learn and poorly matched the language. Hangul later spread into everyday and official writing and became an official state writing system in 1894.
How do I type 꼃?
Use a Korean input method, or enter the Unicode value AF03.
With a Korean keyboard input method active, enter the jamo in order: ㄲ, ㅕ, ㄹ, then ㅎ. The input method may combine final ㄹ and ㅎ into ㅀ. If your editor supports Unicode-hex entry, use AF03 and its conversion command.
What does 꼃 mean when someone sends it?
Read it as a Hangul syllable; ask the sender what they meant. It may be a word fragment, a different syllable, or a character test.
