What 꾝 means
It is a Korean syllable, not a standalone reaction.
꾝 is one Hangul syllable block made from smaller letters called jamo. Its sound belongs with the Korean word around it, so read it as part of Korean text rather than as a message by itself.
Hangul was devised to write Korean speech in the kingdom of Joseon. Its first recorded announcement dates to 1443; the 1446 훈민정음, a guide to the new script, explains how letters form syllables. Hangul’s square blocks have a historical connection to Chinese-character writing in the region, but each block spells a Korean syllable with alphabetic components.
Why does 꾝 look different in another font?
Font design can change the block’s component shapes and spacing.
Unicode allows Hangul components’ placement, shape, and size to vary between fonts. The character may look different, but it remains the same text character.
Unicode normalization can decompose this precomposed syllable into its jamo sequence. Software may store or expose those components separately even when a font displays one block.
How do I type 꾝?
In code, use the escape for the format you are writing.
Use it as Korean text inside a word; it does not signal a chat reaction by itself.
On its own, it reads as a Korean syllable, not approval or a joke.

It can. Unicode normalization may decompose a precomposed Hangul syllable into its jamo components, so software can store the same text as separate characters.
