What 쯷 means
It has no standalone meaning. Hangul is Korea’s writing system; this block combines an initial consonant, a vowel, and a final consonant.
King Sejong developed Hangul so more people could write Korean, which Chinese characters represented poorly. The Idu system adapted Chinese characters to write Korean; Hangul was designed for Korean. Hangul’s earliest recorded account dates to 1443; the guidebook Hunminjeongeum appeared in 1446. Hangul spread from court and translated texts into everyday writing.
How do I type 쯷?
Use a Korean input method (IME). An IME joins the three parts. Fonts can make Hangul text look different across devices. South Korea’s spelling standard draws on a 1933 proposal, partly revised in 1988; North Korea has different conventions.

Questions people ask
1Why does 쯷 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
