What 쮼 means
It is a Korean syllable, not a message on its own.
In Hangul, the Korean alphabet, syllable blocks represent spoken syllables. 쮼 contributes its sound within a Korean word; the word as a whole carries the meaning.
Why does 쮼 have separate jamo?
Jamo are Korean letters arranged into a syllable block.
An initial consonant, a vowel, and sometimes a final consonant join into one Hangul syllable block. The sequence ᄍ ᅲ ᆫ represents the same syllable as 쮼. Unicode supports both precomposed syllables and equivalent sequences of conjoining jamo; text tools may expose the parts, and fonts determine their placement inside the cell.
Hangul, the Korean alphabet, was created in 1443; a book published in 1446 explained its purpose and principles. Grouping letters into syllable blocks belongs to the writing system's design.
How do I type 쮼?
Use a Korean input method with the 2-set layout.
An input method editor (IME) lets a standard keyboard enter Korean. On the 2-set layout, press ShiftW for ㅉ, then B for ㅠ, then S for ㄴ; the input method joins them into 쮼. Other Korean layouts may use different keys.
