What 쥄 means
It is one Korean syllable block, not a standalone reaction.
Hangul, the Korean writing system, builds syllables from component letters called jamo: ㅈ ㅞ ㅁ. For the meaning of 쥄, read the whole Korean word around it; alone, it may be a fragment or a character sample.
Hangul’s creation is dated to 1443. The guide Hunminjeongeum, whose title means “Correct Sounds for Instructing the People,” was issued in 1446. Hangul was designed to represent Korean speech more directly than Chinese-character practices such as idu, which used Chinese characters to write Korean. The guide explained the new script so people could learn it without a teacher.
How do I type 쥄?
Use a Korean input method and enter its three parts in order.
A Korean input method joins jamo, or Hangul component letters, into a block: enter ㅈ, then ㅞ, then ㅁ. On a 2-beolsik Korean keyboard, W-N-P-A enters ㅈ, ㅜ, ㅔ, ㅁ, with ㅜ ㅔ composed as ㅞ.
Neutral writing-system character; it carries no tone by itself.
A lone 쥄 is a syllable, so do not read a definite reaction into it.

Questions people ask
1Why can 쥄 look different in different fonts?
Font choice can change the drawing without changing the character. The same syllable can be stored as a precomposed block or as component jamo; a Hangul-aware font can arrange the jamo as one block.
