What 쾡 means
It records an old pronunciation, not an idea by itself.
The 15th-century Hunmin Jeongeum, a guide introducing Hangul, the Korean writing system, uses 쾡 with 快 to show how ㅋ sounds at the start of a syllable. Here, the block serves as a sound example for a Hanja (Chinese character used in Korean writing).
This notation had fallen out of use by the early 16th century. The related letter ㅋ is the consonant being illustrated; 快 is the Hanja whose Korean reading appears in the example.
Historical and philological: it belongs in old Korean pronunciation notes or exact-character lookup.
Treat it as a pronunciation spelling, not a standalone word.
