What 퀹 means
Three Hangul letters make up the block. They are ᄏ in initial position, ᅱ as the vowel, and ᆬ as the final consonant cluster.
Hangul was devised in 1443 for accessible Korean writing. The Hunminjeongeum Haerye, an explanatory guide to it, appeared in 1446. The writing system is called Hangul in South Korea and Chosŏn'gŭl in North Korea. Fonts can arrange the letters differently inside a block without changing its identity.
Neutral inside Korean words; contextless on its own.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
