What 켢 means
On a Korean keyboard, type z u s g in order. The keys enter ㅋ, ㅕ, ㄴ and ㅎ; the input method groups ㄴ and ㅎ into the final consonant cluster ㄶ.
What does 켢 mean?
Its block spells a Korean syllable; “Kyeonh” is a construction label. Inside are initial ㅋ, vowel ㅕ and final consonant cluster ㄶ. These Korean letters are called jamo; the Latin-letter label describes their combination, not a Korean word's meaning or pronunciation.
Hangul was devised in 1443 and introduced in 1446 through Hunminjeongeum, a guide presenting it as a more accessible way to write Korean than with Hanja, Chinese characters then used for Korean. Hangul first coexisted with Hanja before becoming the standard script for Korean.
What if someone sends 켢 alone?
Treat it as a spelling lookup or context-specific form. A single syllable block does not explain why it was sent; ask for the surrounding Korean text before reading a tone or intention into it.
Inside Korean text, it functions as a spelling unit; by itself, it calls for context.
A lone send does not reveal a sender's tone; ask what the surrounding Korean says.

Font-dependent. Hangul typefaces can place and size the jamo differently inside the syllable block, changing its drawing without changing the character.
