What 뫖 means
It is one Hangul block; “mwabs” labels its parts.
It combines ᄆ, the initial form of ㅁ; ᅪ, the vowel ㅘ; and ᆹ, the final cluster ㅄ. In Unicode’s naming pattern, those parts give “mwabs.” That label identifies the construction, not a Korean word or a pronunciation of one.
Hangeul was created in 1443 as a writing system for Korean. The Hunminjeongeum, a book explaining the new writing system, was published in 1446. Hangeul builds written syllables from an initial consonant, a vowel, and sometimes a final consonant; 뫖 is one systematic combination, not a separately invented sign.
How do I type 뫖?
Use a Korean input method to enter its three parts.
Enter initial ㅁ, vowel ㅘ, then final cluster ㅄ; a Korean IME composes them as 뫖. For text-processing software, NFC (Unicode’s composed normalization form) can turn the canonical jamo sequence 뫖 into the precomposed block.
In OpenType shaping, a renderer may build the syllable from its jamo when the active font has no direct glyph for the precomposed block. It can look split or have a different outline even though the text still represents the same syllable.

Questions people ask
1Why can 뫖 look different in different fonts?
It can. A font may provide a direct glyph for the precomposed block, or the renderer may shape its jamo instead. The outline can change while the text still represents the same syllable.
