What 뫚 means
It puts three Hangul letters into one written syllable. Here ㅁ is the initial consonant, ㅘ the vowel and ㅈ the final consonant. These jamo are the component letters of a Hangul block.
Hangul was devised under King Sejong in 1443 to write Korean. A 1446 guidebook, Hunminjeongeum Haeryebon, explained its design. Older names included jeongeum, eonmun and banjeol; after 1894, gukmun and gukseo were common. “Hangeul” appears in records from the early 1910s and spread widely after the holiday was renamed in 1928.

1Why does 뫚 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
