What 뫊 means
It labels the block’s parts, not a Korean word.
Hangul syllable blocks join letters called jamo: an initial consonant, a vowel, and sometimes a final consonant. Here they are ᄆ ᅪ ᆭ. Unicode joins short names for those parts to make “mwanh”; it describes the construction, not a Korean expression.
When did Hangul begin?
King Sejong devised Hangul in 1443.
Before Hangul, people used Chinese characters to write Korean, though the languages differ. In 1446, a book called Hunminjeongeum explained the script’s purpose and how its letters work.

Questions people ask
1Why does 뫊 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
