What 눐 means

By itself, 눐 has no established Korean word or chat meaning.

Hangul groups Korean letters into syllable blocks. This one combines three letter components, called jamo: ㄴ (initial consonant), ㅜ (vowel), and ㄽ (final cluster of ㄹ ㅅ).

Hangul was created so ordinary people could write Korean without learning the Chinese characters used in official writing at the time. King Sejong of Joseon completed it in 1443; the script was formally introduced in 1446 with a scholars’ guide to its letters and syllable blocks.
