What 뉐 means
It is a Korean syllable, not a message with a fixed meaning.
The meaning of 뉐 comes from the Korean word or sentence around it. Its block joins ㄴ as the initial consonant, ㅞ as the vowel, and ㅆ as the final consonant.
Hangul was created as a learnable way to write Korean, whose speech did not map neatly onto Chinese characters. Its creation is dated to 1443; its explanatory book appeared in 1446. Hangul's letters, called jamo, combine into blocks such as 뉐.
How do I type 뉐?
A Korean input method combines its parts as you type.
On a standard two-set Korean keyboard, enter ㄴ, then ㅞ, then ㅆ. The input method composes them into 뉐; the final ㅆ uses Shift on that layout.
Why does 뉐 look different in different fonts?
Fonts can change the block's appearance without changing its text.
Unicode recognizes this single syllable and its sequence of Hangul jamo as equivalent forms of the same text. Fonts may draw or space the components differently, but the underlying text remains the same.
Neutral Korean writing; the tone comes from the surrounding word and sentence.
A lone block gives little context; use the surrounding Korean text before assigning a message.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
