What 늱 means
Enter its parts in order in a Korean IME.
A Korean input method editor (IME) combines jamo—the consonant and vowel pieces that form Hangul syllables—as you type. Enter ㄴ, then ㅡ ㅣ, then ㄴ ㅈ; the IME forms 늱. In compact notation, its jamo are ㄴㅢㄵ. A character picker with Unicode-name search may list it as nyinj.
what does 늱 mean?
It is one Korean syllable, not a complete message.
늱 is a Hangul block built from initial consonant ㄴ, vowel ㅢ, and final consonant cluster ㄵ. Its meaning comes from the Korean word containing it, so a lone block does not reveal a sender's intent.
King Sejong's court completed Hangul in 1443. The 1446 Hunminjeongeum, a guide explaining the new writing system, introduced it to help people write Korean more easily. Korean spelling rules were proposed in 1933 and revised in 1988; those milestones shaped Hangul as a whole, not a separate meaning for 늱.
Neutral as Korean text; a bare syllable gives too little context for a message.
Ask for the surrounding Korean word or sentence before reading a lone 늱 as a reply.

Questions people ask
1why does 늱 look different in different fonts?
A font difference. The active or fallback Hangul font draws the block, so its shape can vary while the character stays the same.
